Mourant advises Highland Europe on their €700 million fourth fund raised in record time

Highland Europe Fund IV has closed after reaching its hard cap in record time earlier this month, with leading offshore law firm Mourant offering expert advice to help it reach closing on 3 December 2020.
A team led by Ben Robins and including Roisin Cullinane, Mark Fung and Ellie Wood advised Highland Europe in relation to the establishment and regulation of Highland Fund IV alongside onshore law firm Kirkland & Ellis.
The fund strengthens Highland Europe's strategy and will continue to use its technology expertise to build its portfolio of consumer tech brands and software companies.
