Mourant Governance Services announces new Managing Director

Leading legal and governance services firm, Mourant, has appointed Aaron Walker as Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services in the Cayman Islands.

Mourant Governance Services delivers a comprehensive range of fiduciary, administration, accounting and governance services through a dedicated team of more than 90 experienced professionals in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey and the UK.

Prior to joining Mourant, Aaron was a partner in a law firm based in the Cayman Islands where his practice focused on the establishment and ongoing operations of investment funds and covered both transactional and corporate advisory matters.
