Overview

I'm a director at Mourant Governance Services with over 18 years' experience. I worked in the corporate administration area of Mourant from 2006 to 2010, before moving to another Jersey business before re-joining Mourant in July 2014. I have significant experience in the administration and ongoing management of a wide range of structures, covering a range of asset classes, including SPVs established for securitisations and other capital market transactions, financing and asset holding vehicles and real estate investment, including commercial and residential projects and joint ventures. I sit on the board of a number of client entities.
