Overview

I am a Senior Associate in Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP's Corporate and Funds practice. 

My practice focuses primarily on areas of the formation, structuring and maintenance of investment funds, including private equity funds and hedge funds. I also advise on a broad range of corporate law. 

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the investment funds team for another offshore law firm in Hong Kong. Prior to that, I worked for Kirkland & Ellis and Rouse Shanghai.
