Overview

I'm Knowledge Counsel in our Hong Kong office.

I was a practicing lawyer with experience in cross-border capital markets and derivatives matters. My career began in the Capital Markets Department of Clifford Chance. I then worked as a transaction lawyer at HSBC and subsequently at the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley.

I have been a Principal Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of The University of Hong Kong teaching courses including corporate and commercial transactions, contract drafting and listed companies.
