Carly Vardon

Overview

I am the Head of Corporate, Jersey at Mourant Governance Services in Jersey.

I qualified as an English Solicitor in 2008 and worked in the corporate and commercial team at another offshore law firm. Following that I worked both in the family office team and prior to that in the fund administration team providing company secretarial and administration services to a mixture of vehicles, including listed, private equity and venture capital funds.

I specialise in providing administration and company secretarial services to a variety of corporate vehicles for investment purposes, which predominantly form part of the financing and acquisition structuring for private equity funds. My team also looks after family office type arrangements for high-net-worth individuals and provides services to a wide range of corporate structures.

• Admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales, September 2008 (currently non–practising)
