Overview

I'm an Associate in our BVI finance and corporate practice. I joined Mourant's BVI office in 2019 and then moved to our London office in 2020.

I advise on general corporate and finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, security arrangements and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked at Eversheds Sutherland.
