Overview

I am a Senior Associate in the Luxembourg Corporate practice. I have experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including advising clients on corporate structuring, joint venture arrangements and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

I joined Mourant Ozannes in 2023, when they joined forces with LexField, which became its Luxembourg office. 

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked in the Corporate and Commercial team at DLA Piper.
