I am an Associate in our Corporate & Finance team in the Cayman Islands.

I specialise in complex cross-border M&A, foreign investment, private equity, venture capital and investment funds.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked at leading national law firm, Johnson Winter Slattery, in Sydney, Australia.
