Jersey Occupational Pension Schemes: Applications for Approval and Notice Requirements

Trustees of Jersey occupational pension schemes are required to apply to the Jersey Comptroller of if they wish for their scheme to be approved under Article 131 of the Income Tax (Jersey) Law 1961. Once approved, such schemes are subject to ongoing notice requirements. This guide provides an overview of the approval process and the notice requirements.
