Legal Counsel

Overview

I'm Legal Counsel in Mourant Governance Services' Jersey office.

I was previously a Senior Associate at Mourant, providing pan-Channel Islands advice to the trustees and employers of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes on issues concerning scheme administration, risk and regulatory issues in Jersey and Guernsey.  In particular, I advised on a number of large buy-in and buyout transactions for offshore pension schemes and structured consolidation projects for the scheme documentation of a number of long-established multijurisdictional pension arrangements.

Before joining Mourant in 2015, I started my career as a Share Schemes Knowledge Management Assistant for Freshfields in London, trained at Wragge & Co in Birmingham and London and qualified into DLA Piper's London office in 2011.
