I am an Associate Director/Senior Legal Counsel at Mourant Governance Services, based in the Cayman Islands.

In this role I work closely with our Cayman business on day to day commercial and operational matters, partnering with senior management, supporting strategic decision making and good governance.

I also work within Mourant Governance Services’ global in-house legal team (based in Jersey), advising on a variety of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Before moving to Mourant Governance Services, I was an Associate in our Cayman Islands Regulatory team. In this role I advised clients on a broad range of Cayman Islands regulatory matters, with a focus on the beneficial ownership, tax reporting and economic substance regimes.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2022, I previously worked as a corporate tax solicitor/senior solicitor in New Zealand at both Chapman Tripp and Deloitte.
