Mourant advises on successful Hong Kong
real estate investment fund launch

Mourant has advised the family office of one of Hong Kong's "Big Four" families on the successful launch of a new real estate investment fund.

The fund, which targets commercial real estate, has already made three initial investments in regional commercial real estate in the UK. The Hong Kong family office was the founder investor and the fund has now held its second successful closing.

Mourant's global team provided Jersey structuring and banking advice to the family office and its Hong Kong based investment advisor. The team also assisted with the fund's indirect acquisition and financing of three UK properties in Newcastle, Sheffield and Leeds.
