Mourant named overall leading funds adviser in Jersey for another year

Professional services firm, Mourant, is celebrating over 20 years as the leading legal adviser to Jersey investment funds, following the release of the Monterey Fund Report today (23 January 2023).
Monterey Insight, which publishes the annual report, is an independent fund research company that provides comprehensive statistical analysis of all funds domiciled, serviced or distributed in Jersey.
Mourant has secured the overall top spot in the rankings for serviced and distributed funds, advising 939 investment funds.
The report also reveals that Mourant advised on 42% of Jersey's new funds (comprising single schemes, umbrellas and their sub-funds), topping the ranking table for the second consecutive year in this area.
