BVI legislative update for virtual asset service providers

This Update considers recent legislative amendments to the British Virgin Islands anti-money laundering regime (coming into effect on 1 December 2022) and a public consultation on the proposed Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, which together aim to regulate virtual asset service providers in the jurisdiction.
