I’m a Partner and Head of Funds and Corporate, Asia.

I specialise in investment funds with a focus on private equity and hedge funds. I also have experience advising on private mergers and acquisitions.

My experience includes guiding clients through the initial set-up process, the launch of their fund, and then the ongoing operation and maintenance of their fund.

I also advise on the establishment of joint venture structures, as well as the structuring and ongoing operation of partnerships and companies.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the investment funds team at another offshore law firm in Hong Kong for a number of years. Prior to that, I trained and worked at Skadden in London, advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions.
