I’m Counsel in our BVI Corporate, Investment Funds and Regulatory practice.

I have significant experience advising on corporate transactions, including restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. I also advise on a range of regulatory matters in connection with corporate structures, investment funds and regulated entities across various sectors.

My experience includes advising clients in relation to anti-money laundering, beneficial ownership, economic substance, licensing applications, virtual assets and the establishment of investment funds and managers.

Before joining Mourant in 2018, I practised Jersey law at another leading offshore law firm. I trained at Nabarro Nathanson (now CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP) in London.
