Our Singapore office, opened in 2023, connects clients across Southeast Asia with Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice. We focus on investment funds, private capital and alternative asset managers, banking and finance, and corporate and M&A. We work as one firm with our established Hong Kong practice and international teams to deliver coordinated, responsive advice.
In 2024, we launched Mourant Governance Services Singapore. We provide incorporation, company secretarial, board support and fiduciary services for Singapore, Cayman Islands and BVI entities. Our governance team works alongside our lawyers to give a single, seamless service from set up through ongoing oversight.
