I am the Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services in the Cayman Islands, where I assist the business in delivering a range of corporate and fiduciary services to our international clients.

I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and oversee a team of dedicated corporate, compliance and fiduciary services professionals.

Our clients include financial institutions, asset managers, global corporates and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining Mourant I was a partner in another Cayman Islands law firm where my practice focused on the establishment and ongoing operations of investment funds. My practice also included general corporate work, covering both transactional and advisory matters and I routinely advised on the day-to-day administration of funds and special purpose vehicles from a Cayman Islands law and regulation perspective (including with respect to matters of corporate governance and fiduciary duties).

My clients included institutional fund sponsors, boutique investment managers and private equity houses, covering a broad range of investment strategies, as well as international companies and intermediaries.

I started my career as a corporate finance lawyer, specialising in mergers and acquisitions with the London office of an international law firm. I relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2011.
