I am a Senior Associate in our Guernsey Corporate practice. Prior to joining Mourant in 2017, I trained with Goodman Derrick LLP (now RWK Goodman LLP) in the City of London.

I advise a range of investment fund and corporate clients in commercial transactions, financing (including real estate, asset, NAV and capital call facilities), cross-border fund and corporate restructuring and the establishment of Guernsey private equity and venture capital structures.

I have a particular interest in financial and regulatory technology and am part of the Mourant Fintech Group.
