I’m Counsel in the Finance and Corporate team, based in London.

I have a broad range of banking and finance experience, with a particular focus on fund finance, including subscription facility, NAV, hybrid, GP/management facilities and LP financing.

I also have extensive experience in structured finance, acquisition finance, general corporate lending, and Islamic financing.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Finance team for another offshore law firm in Hong Kong.
