I am an associate in our Guernsey corporate and finance team where I assist with a broad range of corporate, investment funds and regulatory work.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was part of the corporate and funds team of another leading offshore law firm.

I also previously practiced as a corporate and commercial attorney in South Africa, where I assisted in matters of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and mining law.
