Annabel Cole

I am an Associate in our Cayman Islands Corporate and Finance practice.

I advise on a broad range of banking, finance and corporate transactions acting for leading financial institutions, major corporates and private investment fund sponsors.

I joined Mourant in October 2025, having previously worked in the Corporate and Finance team of another leading international law firm.

Prior to moving offshore in 2021, I worked as an Associate within Addleshaw Goddard’s Real Estate Finance team in London.
