Charmaine Low

I am an Associate in our Banking and Finance team. I have a broad range of cross-border banking and finance experience, having worked in a number of jurisdictions.

My practice includes advising on asset finance, fund finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, equity-backed lending, margin lending and general corporate and structured lending.

I also have experience representing a wide range of clients, including major financial institutions, private credit funds and development banks.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked for the debt finance team of Allen Overy Shearman Sterling in London, Singapore and Hong Kong.
