I’m in our Cayman Islands Corporate and Finance team and specialise in all aspects of corporate and finance work, with an emphasis on investment funds.

I have significant experience advising a broad range of clients on the formation of all variations of investment funds as well as advising on private equity fund downstream transactions.

My corporate and commercial experience includes advising on joint venture arrangements, secondary transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and SPACs. I’ve also worked on numerous structured finance transactions and advised on fund finance, acquisition finance and general lending matters.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked in the Corporate team at Simpson Grierson, a full service commercial law firm in Auckland, New Zealand.
