I am an Associate in our Finance and Corporate practice, having joined the firm in September 2024 after qualifying as a Solicitor in Scotland.

Prior to joining Mourant, I trained at Macdonald Henderson, a boutique corporate law firm in Glasgow.

I have experience advising on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (both local and cross-border), private equity investments, and both borrower and lender side financings.
