I am Counsel in the Finance and Corporate team based in Hong Kong.

I have extensive experience advising arrangers, agents, lenders and borrowers in connection with a wide variety of banking transactions (including leveraged and corporate finance, funds finance, receivables finance, private credit, private equity, real estate finance and restructuring), that are often multi-jurisdictional and/or highly structured.

I also have experience acting for issuers and trustees in relation to debt capital markets transactions (including MTN, commercial paper and certificate of deposit programmes).

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Banking & Finance team at King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong. Prior to that, I worked in the Banking and Finance team at Addleshaw Goddard in London.
