I advise global companies and financial institutions on a broad range of transactions, including financings (borrower and lender), corporate restructurings, private equity transactions and listings on The International Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, I worked at a regional law firm advising on oil and gas, mergers and acquisitions and various other commercial transactions.
