I am a Senior Legal Manager in our Banking and Finance team.
I have experience in a broad range of cross-border financing transactions, including corporate lending, real estate finance, equity-back finance, acquisition finance and loan trading transactions, representing clients ranging from international or Chinese financial institutions to private or listed companies.
Prior to joining Mourant, I worked in the Debt Finance practice of A&O Shearman in Hong Kong.
