Overview
I’m a Partner in the Guernsey Corporate practice specialising in investment funds in a range of sectors, including infrastructure, private equity, real estate and debt, acting for both listed and private structures.
I also regularly advise on a range of corporate transactions.
Before moving to the island, I trained and worked in the City of London.
Work Highlights
Provided Guernsey legal advice in respect of the establishment of HgCapital 8 and HgCapital Mercury 2 Guernsey Structure with a total value of £3.1 billion.
Advised on the successful raising of a new Guernsey Fund, the fourth iCON Infrastructure fund, iCON Infrastructure Partners IV LP with a total value of €1.2 billion.
Advised Labtech Investments Limited on its contractual takeover of LSE-listed MarketTech Holdings, in a transaction that value MarketTech at £892.5 million.
Advised John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited on all Guernsey-related aspects of its raising of £160 million by way of a placing of ordinary shares listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Represented Japan Residential Investment Company Limited on its takeover via a Guernsey scheme of arrangement raising £152.6 million.
Advised OpCapita on the closing of its second fund, OpCapita Consumer Opportunities Fund II LP, raising €350 million.
