I am an Associate in the Guernsey Litigation team.
I joined Mourant as a Paralegal in 2022 and undertook my legal training with the firm before passing the final Solicitors Qualifying Examination in 2024.
I advise on a range of commercial litigation matters including contentious trust disputes, insolvency matters, and regulatory proceedings.
Work Highlights
Assisted Balanced Commercial Property Trust Limited on its £637.5m takeover by Starwood Capital Group.
Assisted UK Commercial Property REIT Limited on its combination with Tritax Big Box REIT plc creating the fourth largest UK REIT with a combined value of approximately £4.4 billion.
