Emma Pike

I am an Associate in Mourant’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. I work on a broad range of contentious matters, including contentious trusts, regulatory, insolvency, and employment matters.

My experience in trust and private wealth disputes includes complex trustee and beneficiary litigation and matters with cross‑border elements. I have also assisted on a number of regulatory matters including judicial reviews, appeals against regulator decisions and matters of financial crime law.

I joined Mourant in 2023 as a paralegal in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. I qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales after passing the SQE2 examination on my first attempt in January 2025.
