Overview
I’m a partner and also the Global Practice Leader of our Finance and Corporate team. I joined Mourant in 1998 and was admitted as a partner in 2006. I led the firm’s London office from 2008 to 2010.
I have a broad corporate (including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture work and restructuring) and banking/finance (including real estate finance and fund finance) practice. I’ve worked on a number of high-profile transactions involving Jersey property unit trusts.
Before studying law, I worked in banking for seven years.
