I am a Chartered Accountant, and a Tax Reporting Services Manager for Mourant Governance Services in the Cayman Islands.

We provide assistance on all tax related reporting for Cayman Islands entities. This includes economic substance, CRS, FATCA and CbCR.

Before joining Mourant, I worked with another financial services provider in Cayman as a Vice President in the Regulatory Department. There, I had responsibility of providing regulatory and compliance services for a large portfolio of multi-jurisdictional clients. These services include the on-boarding of new investor accounts and reporting in accordance with FATCA and CRS regulations, AIFMD depositary services, country by country notification and reporting services (CbCR) and economic substance (ES) filing services.

Prior to this, I worked as an Audit Senior in the Wealth and Asset Management departments in two of the Big 4 accountancy firms in both Ireland and Cayman.
