I am Counsel in our Jersey Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in banking litigation and contentious financial services regulatory matters including undertaking complex internal investigations and advising on the risks arising from these.

Before joining the firm, I worked at Eversheds Sutherland LLP in London for 13 years where I represented both firms and individuals under investigation by the FCA and the PRA.

I have experience in investigations into mis-selling, financial crime systems and controls, failing to cooperate with the regulator and complaints handling. I also have experience in high-value, cross-border litigation claims acting for a variety of clients including financial institutions and accountancy firms.

Whilst at Eversheds Sutherland, I also spent time on secondment to two of the largest international financial institutions working in their banking litigation and regulatory enforcement teams.
