Joel Evans

I am an Associate in the Jersey Litigation practice, advising on a wide range of commercial disputes with particular expertise in international arbitration.

I have over six years of dispute resolution experience, having previously worked at CEDR and in the Beijing office of a leading Chinese law firm, where I was involved in various international arbitrations and cross‑border disputes. I have completed the CIArb Accelerated Route to Membership in International Arbitration, and I am a Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Accredited Tribunal Secretary, as well as a CEDR Accredited Mediator.

In addition to my day‑to‑day practice, I serve as an Editorial Assistant at the Asian Dispute Review and an Assistant Editor at the ITA in Review.

I speak English and Mandarin Chinese.
