I am Managing Director of Governance Services in Hong Kong, which provides a comprehensive range of corporate and fiduciary administration services to international clients.

My experience includes acting as a director for a number of corporate clients and advising clients on international tax planning structures, trust formation, contract drafting and review. My private practice experience, includes family trusts, estates, property law and business sales.

Originally from New Zealand, I moved to Hong Kong in 2010, where I have performed senior roles with a number of leading international trust companies.
