I am an Associate in our BVI Corporate, Finance and Funds practice, based in the British Virgin Islands, having joined the firm in 2025.

I advise leading international law firms and clients on a broad range of public and private corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, and high-value indirect investments in real estate assets.

Additionally, I have experience in advising on the establishment of both regulated and unregulated fund structures.

Before joining the firm, I worked at BCLP LLP, a leading law firm in London. I am fluent in German.
