I’m an Associate in our Investment Funds practice in Jersey, having joined the firm in 2021.

I advise on the structuring, establishment, operation and regulation of investment funds and structures with a primary focus on private equity, venture capital, debt funds and real estate, as well as advising on carried interest, incentive and co-investment arrangements.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked in-house at Porsche Cars GB and trained at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP in the UK with a secondment to Aon.
