I’m Counsel in our Jersey Finance and Corporate practice, advising on banking and finance transactions.

I act for a wide range of borrowers and lenders on cross border debt finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance and fund finance.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2024, I worked in the real estate finance team at BCLP following which I worked in the banking and finance team of another offshore law firm.
