I’m a Director in Mourant Governance Services’ Transaction Management team in Jersey.

I have more than 20 years’ experience in legal and corporate service providers including technical, operational and leadership roles in both business and client services functions.

I joined Mourant in 2014 and worked as an Associate in the Finance and Corporate practice, including a secondment to Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, until September 2019 when I joined Mourant Governance Services.

My experience includes a broad range of cross-border finance and corporate transactions spanning the real estate, technology, renewables, defence and hospitality sectors.
