I’m a Senior Legal Manager in our Corporate and Funds practice. My practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions and investment funds matters.

I have experience advising on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters. I also advise on the establishment and ongoing operation of both open- and closed-ended funds.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Corporate team at MinterEllison and at Sidley Austin.
