I’m a Senior Associate in our Cayman Islands Corporate and Finance team, specialising in investment funds and corporate transactions.

Before moving to the Cayman Islands, I was an Associate in the corporate team at Bell Gully, a leading New Zealand law firm. Prior to that, I worked at Anderson Lloyd, another national New Zealand law firm.

In those roles, I specialised in mergers and acquisitions (including private equity), as well as joint ventures, corporate structuring and corporate governance.
