Mariana Baptista

I am Counsel in our Global Investment Funds Group, based in the Singapore office.

I advise on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional transactions, with a particular focus on fund formation, structuring, and the exit and disposal of investments.

I also have extensive experience advising private fund sponsors on cross-border corporate, asset management, and regulatory matters across key sectors including private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure. I regularly devise and implement bespoke structuring solutions tailored to commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.

Before joining Mourant, I worked at Patria Investments in New York and the Cayman Islands, GLP Capital Partners in Singapore, and Gávea Investments in Brazil.
