I am a Partner of Mourant Law LP and part of the Finance & Corporate practice.

During my career, I’ve worked on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including private M&A, complex equity and debt restructurings, lender and borrower side financing, and have particular expertise and experience in private equity transactions.

Before joining Mourant, I was a Senior Associate in London with Taylor Wessing, working in their Private Equity team.
