I’m Managing Director at Mourant Governance Services in Luxembourg, which provides a comprehensive range of corporate services to international clients.

I have over 20 years’ experience in accounting, corporate, tax and management of regulated and non-regulated entities, predominantly in the private equity and real estate sectors.

Having started my career with a leading international corporate service company in 2001, I have worked in senior roles at a number of other leading corporate services providers.

In 2016, I become conducting officer at a corporate and fund services company acting as Professional of the Financial Sector regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
