I specialise in complex cross-border M&A, foreign investment, private equity, venture capital and investment funds.
Prior to joining Mourant, I worked at leading national law firm, Johnson Winter Slattery, in Sydney, Australia.

Acted for global asset managers on the formation of various open-ended and closed-ends funds.
Advised on corporate restructurings including re-registration and statutory mergers.
