I’m Head of Management Incentives for Mourant Governance Services in Jersey.

I have more than two decades of experience in offshore trust and fiduciary services, dealing with employee incentivisation arrangements for FTSE 100 and 250 companies, AIM-listed companies and private companies.

My focus is on operational management and governance, working closely with tax and legal advisers to ensure that corporate structures are established and administered in a manner consistent with current advice.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2017, I spent 14 years at independent Jersey trust company, Ocorian.

During my career, I’ve held a number of directorships, including a six-year board appointment at Westmount Energy, an AIM-listed oil and gas investment company.
