I am an Associate in the firm’s Tax team in Luxembourg.

I assist asset managers, multinational companies, private equity and real estate investment funds on international and domestic tax matters in the context of cross-border transactions, M&A, real estate and private equity as well as structuring Luxembourg investment platforms.

I also advise ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and family backed multinational groups on the structuring of M&A, real estate and venture capital transactions as well as on multifaceted family governance and wealth planning topics.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Tax team at a UK based law firm specialised in private wealth in Luxembourg.
