My career includes significant roles at leading firms and corporate service providers such as Alter Domus, Ernst & Young, and Vistra, where I developed a strong foundation in governance and corporate management.

Before this, I practised as a corporate lawyer in Brazil, where I amassed over a decade of expertise in succession and estate planning, international corporate restructuring and contract law. This diverse background enables me to provide strategic insights and effective solutions in the governance landscape.
